Welcome to Black Notley Parish Council
The Council meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month apart from December when it is the second or the third, in the Pavilion meeting room. You are welcome to attend, as there is a 15 minute public question time at the start of the meeting, but if you have a specific question, it can sometimes be easier to let us know in advance.
Meeting of the Parish Council will be held in the Pavilion Meeting Room at Black Notley, at 7.30pm on Wednesday 22nd October 2025.
