Welcome to Black Notley Parish Council.

The Council meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month apart from December when it is the second or the third, in the Pavilion meeting room. You are welcome to attend, as there is a 15 minute public question time at the start of the meeting, but if you have a specific question, it can some times be easier to let us know in advance.

Please follow the COVID 19 signs to use the outdoor Play Equipment and Gym Equipment but remains the responsibility of each individual to clean the equipment.

Clear recycling sacks are available from the Pavilion between 8.30 am – 9.30 am Monday – Friday.

The Clerk will be available in the Parish Council office on Wednesday mornings, between 9 – 10 am. unless called away on Parish Council business.

Community Speed Watch Volunteers

The Parish Council is considering running Community Speed Watch and are looking for volunteers to operate this, please get in touch with the Clerk if you are interested in this.
